It has been a while since my last post because I am on vacation and the weather has been really nice, until now that is It has been raining for a couple of days now so I am on front of my new computer …..

A few weeks ago we had our annual Turkey BBQ. The Turkey we prepared this year weight in at 8 Kilogram which is about 17 pounds. We used the same stuffing-recipe as last year: White bread, Sellery, Mushrooms , Onions and some other stuff i can not remember right now .

We smoked the Turkey with apple wood and sprayed cranberry juice on it every 40 minutes on average. The taste was fantastic. Speaking of fantastic taste: We prepared the gravy with red whine, balsamic vinegar and dark chocolate. It was amazing.

During the BBQ the neighbors cat came by to visit Isabella who enjoyed the company.
